Installing WordPress on MS SQL

Have just installed WordPress on MSSQL. Thanks to http://wordpress.visitmix.com/getting-started . Had to delete the web.config to solve the website error 500, and after that the install went smoothly.

Not much help from our Host (1 And 1) though.
